We are open Monday - Friday from 9am–6pm and Saturdays from 10am–5pm. We are closed on Sundays.
We do not currently sell iPhones, but we do service them using Apple-certified parts.
We are in the Galleria Shopping Center on Battlefield Rd in Springfield, MO. Our entrance is on the side of the building, facing the drive-thru for Panera Bread.
Our technicians are all Apple-certified and we are an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Your device is in good hands with our team.
Come on in! Walk-ins are our typical mode of client communication, however if you’d prefer to make an appointment, you can do so using the Apple Support application here.
We do! Simply bring in your device and we’ll take care of any issues that fall under the AppleCare warranty. Keep in mind that AppleCare+ Incident fees are applicable for accidental damage.
We do accept trade-ins. Simple bring your device in and our team will assess its trade-in value.
